Service Fee Summary
Maximum of 1 full product replacement per coverage period (Major Damage ADH or Crash Replacement). Minor component claims may still be allowed at Zenibee's discretion.
Activate within 14 days of delivery to be eligible. ADH coverage begins after a 7-day waiting period. Crash Replacement is available upon activation.

File through Zenibee's designated channel with photos, videos, and an incident description.
We review and classify
Zenibee reviews your claim and classifies it as Minor Damage, Major Damage, or Crash Replacement.
Pay the service fee
$39 for minor damage, $149 for major damage or crash replacement.
Return or destroy the damaged product
Follow Zenibee's instructions to return or field-destroy the damaged item.
Receive your replacement
Your replacement component or full product is on its way. Cross-shipping may be available.
Processing targets: Acknowledgment within 24–48 hours. Approved claims processed within 3–5 business days.
